GENERAL INFORMATION

Start your holiday, here with us in Sölden, well informed. Find out all you need to know for your stay in our Pia apartments – from arrival to departure and the time in between. Look forward to a carefree holiday with many great benefits.

Before arriving at Haus Pia please check-in at the A Casa Check-In in Sölden, Dorfstraße 66. Here you will receive your keys and all important information.

Please also check-out and pay at the A Casa Check-In.

On the day of departure please vacate the apartment and your parking space by 10.00 am.

For guests staying a week, the use of the sauna and infrared cabin is included in the price (3x a week).

We offer guests a fresh bread delivery service. Before arrival, we will send you an e-mail with an order link and access details and you will be able to order direct from the baker.
All baked goods will be delivered fresh in the morning. The written order will be included in the bread box.

You can pay for orders by VISA or MASTERCARD upon departure.

Please leave your VISA / MASTERCARD details at check-in in the event that any damages, lost keys, unpaid bills etc can be paid for.

House rules are displayed in the apartments and can also be read here.

If the house rules are broken, guests’ rental agreement will be cancelled immediately and any remaining booked nights must be paid for in full.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our guest rooms or apartments. Guests may smoke in the outdoor areas and on their terrace/balcony where ashtrays are provided.

We ask guests to please observe night peace and quiet from 10.00 pm onwards. Please show consideration for other guests and refrain from causing any disturbance or noise in the buildings.

For one-week stays, guests will receive 1 set of fresh towels. For stays of 2 weeks or longer, bed linen will be changed.

Please take any rubbish out yourself, sort and leave in the waste room.
Upon departure please leave the apartment as you would expect to find it with rubbish disposed of in the waste room and dirty dishes in the dishwasher – please do not forget to turn it on.

The card is available for 3, 7 or 10 days depending on your requirements and holiday.

The Ötztal Inside Summer Card offers many free benefits such as free use of the summer mountain railways and public buses as well as free entry to museums, swimming pools and further recreational facilities. The card sales outlets are available here.

Haus Pia offers a ski room with ski boot heating for the convenient storage of your boots, skis and snowboards.

Guests staying in the Haus Pia and Haus Luigi also benefit from free use of the tennis court in Sölden in the summer. Reservations for your preferred time and day can be made online here.

We are an Aqua Dome partner. This means all guests benefit from a discount of 10% on all entry tickets purchased from us or at the A Casa Check-In (Dorfstraße 66).

Entry is also guaranteed with the fixed reservation. Guests also benefit from admission through the partner’s priority entrance without having to wait – even if the spa is full!

USEFUL INFORMATION

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Find out all you need to know concerning bookings and cancellations in Haus Pia. Book your stay in Sölden easily and securely and be well informed in case anything unplanned occurs.

For fixed reservations we request a deposit of 40% of the total booking cost (see booking confirmation) to be transferred to our bank account without any deductions.

We accept cash in Euro, EC card, VISA, MasterCard or Amex. You can also pay the full sum in advance. In the case of short-notice transfers, please bring a copy of the payment transfer with you as international transfers can take up to one week to reach our account.

The right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG (Austrian Distance Selling Act) does not apply.
For cancellations made up to 2 months (60 days) before arrival, guests will be charged 40% of the total i.e. the deposit will not be returned.

For cancellations made from 1 month (30 days) before arrival, guests will be charged 70% of the total i.e.

7 days before arrival to the date of arrival as well as a “no show”, guests will be charged 100% of the total booking price.

For early departures, the full price as originally booked must be paid (minus local taxes).

Cancellations are only valid if made in writing.

We recommend taking out an insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung so that you do not have to cover any cancellation costs yourself in the event of illness, early departure or any other reason.
